1. Your agreement with VORDALI
These Terms govern the MITZR application, its gameplay and community features, and MITZR pages and services operated by VORDALI Inc., a Kentucky corporation (VORDALI, we, us). They apply to guest and registered use. They do not govern Vordali Commit or make a church, blessing-box owner, resource provider, app store, or other user a party to your agreement with us.
You agree to these Terms when you affirmatively accept them, or otherwise enter a binding agreement after receiving legally sufficient notice. If you do not agree, do not use MITZR. Posting this page does not retroactively establish acceptance by existing users or waive claims that arose before an applicable agreement took effect. A parent or guardian accepting for a permitted minor must have authority to do so.
Mandatory consumer rights take priority over anything in these Terms. The safety responsibilities, purchase conditions, liability limits, and dispute provisions below are important. These Terms do not require mandatory arbitration or waive your right to participate in a class action or request a jury where available.
2. Age, parents, and eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old and meet any higher minimum age required where you live. If you are under 18 or otherwise below the age of legal adulthood, your parent or legal guardian must review and agree to these Terms and supervise your permitted use. A content rating in an app store is not permission to disregard these requirements.
MITZR does not currently offer an approved under-13 child-account or verified parental-consent enrollment process. A parent's informal permission does not create one. Do not submit a child's personal information through an adult or guest account to bypass an applicable restriction. Contact support@vordali.com if you believe a child has provided personal information inappropriately.
You may not use MITZR if applicable law prohibits it, if your account has been suspended and you are attempting to evade that restriction, or on behalf of another person or organization without authority. Parents should use device purchase controls; purchases by minors require the payment account holder's authorization.
3. Accounts, security, and guest progress
Provide accurate information where requested, maintain access to your account email, and protect your credentials and device. Do not impersonate others, sell or rent an account, share credentials to evade limits, or create multiple accounts to duplicate rewards or abuse requests. Notify support promptly if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity you authorize and for reasonable account-security precautions; this does not transfer our own legal security obligations to you.
Some features require an authenticated account, compatible device, network access, or location permission. Device, connectivity, and carrier costs are yours. Guest progress may be temporary or device-specific; do not assume it will synchronize, survive reinstalling, or transfer to a registered account. We may require reasonable ownership verification before changing an account, restoring access, or processing deletion. Never send us your password, full payment-card details, or authentication codes.
4. Real-world safety and property access
Never interact with MITZR while driving, cycling, operating equipment, or crossing a road. Stop in a safe place first. Follow traffic rules, posted signs, opening hours, closures, property boundaries, and lawful instructions. A map marker, reward, trail, route, mission, or resource listing never grants permission to enter property, park, stop, approach a person, or remain after being asked to leave.
Do not trespass, enter restricted or hazardous locations, obstruct access, disturb residents, damage property, or place yourself or another person at risk to earn a reward. GPS, distances, routes, and map data may be inaccurate or delayed. Inspect actual conditions; do not treat MITZR as a professional navigation system or safety assessment. Skip an activity whenever its location, weather, visibility, accessibility, or circumstances are unsafe.
Outdoor activities and encounters with other people involve risks, including traffic, falls, weather, animals, unsafe goods, and misconduct by others. You choose whether and how to participate and accept the ordinary risks inherent in your voluntary activity to the extent allowed by law. This acknowledgment does not release VORDALI from liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including the exceptions in section 20.
5. Blessing boxes, listings, and donated goods
MITZR helps people discover information about community resources. A listing is not an endorsement, inspection, ownership claim, affiliation, or guarantee of a site's safety, accessibility, inventory, hours, eligibility rules, or continued operation. Information may come from users or external sources and can become outdated. Verify important details with the operator before traveling or relying on a resource.
Unless we expressly identify a service we operate, VORDALI does not own, stock, inspect, transport, store, prepare, or distribute items at a listed location. Resource operators and contributors remain responsible for their own activities. We do not guarantee food quality, temperature control, ingredients, allergens, packaging, expiration dates, or suitability for a particular person. Check items and follow operator instructions and applicable food-safety guidance. Do not donate or distribute recalled, spoiled, tampered-with, illegal, or otherwise unsafe goods.
Do not sell access to free community resources, exploit a listing to harass an operator, or knowingly misrepresent conditions. Owners and authorized operators can request a correction, suppression, or removal through support@vordali.com. Include the location and a description of the concern without exposing unnecessary personal information. A review request is not a promise of an immediate response; for imminent danger, contact emergency services.
6. Need Pins, Resource Pins, and help requests
Requests and offers must be truthful, lawful, and within the categories and limits provided. A request does not guarantee assistance, a response, a reservation, eligibility, or fulfillment. An offer does not guarantee that a provider has been vetted or that goods remain available. Confirm material details directly through permitted channels before acting; do not infer that an acceptance or status message is a contractual guarantee from VORDALI.
Do not request or offer unlawful goods, weapons, controlled substances, prescription medicines, financial-account access, sexual services, or payments in exchange for access to aid. Do not use these features to arrange transportation or other tasks that the application does not support. Never misrepresent an emergency, eligibility, charitable status, or affiliation. We may limit duplicate requests, remove unsafe material, or restrict features to prevent abuse.
Share only information necessary for the request. Do not publish another person's home address, precise whereabouts, health information, identity documents, or contact details without appropriate permission. Private visibility is limited by the actual feature and Privacy Policy; it is not a promise of absolute confidentiality. Information disclosed to another person may be copied or shared beyond our control.
MITZR is not an emergency-dispatch, medical, public-benefits eligibility, or professional social-service provider. Reports and requests are not continuously monitored. In an emergency, call 911 in the United States or your local emergency number. Do not wait for an in-app response.
7. Matching, rankings, and community insights
If matching, prioritization, trend information, shortage indicators, or other automated insights are offered, they are estimates based on available information. They may be incomplete, outdated, biased, or incorrect and may miss a need or rank an unsuitable resource. A score, verification label, or recommendation is not a guarantee of availability, personal eligibility, safety, urgency, or outcome.
Use your judgment and independent verification before relying on an insight. MITZR does not replace professional assessment or emergency assistance. Do not use its estimates as the sole basis for denying essential services or making consequential decisions about a person. Describing a feature here does not mean it is currently available or promise that it will launch.
8. Community conduct and prohibited content
Treat users, resource operators, volunteers, and staff respectfully. The following conduct and content are prohibited, whether in a username, listing, note, submission, report, or other MITZR interaction: threats; harassment; stalking; doxxing; hateful abuse or incitement; sexual exploitation or abuse; sexual content involving minors; nonconsensual intimate material; scams; impersonation; unlawful discrimination; instructions for violent or criminal wrongdoing; and material that infringes another person's rights.
Do not publish pornography, graphic gratuitous violence, malicious links, spam, unauthorized advertising, fabricated reports, deliberately false location edits, confidential records, or other content inappropriate for MITZR's community purpose. Do not pressure anyone to meet, share sensitive information, give money, or provide goods. Do not exploit vulnerable people, game assistance limits, or misuse reports to retaliate against others.
Use available in-app report and block controls or contact support@vordali.com. Include enough information to locate the content. We may review reports, remove content, restrict contact or features, preserve appropriate evidence, and cooperate with lawful requests. Automated filters and community reports cannot detect every violation, and we do not promise that every contribution is reviewed before it appears.
9. Fair play and service integrity
Do not falsify device location or proximity, automate gameplay without authorization, manipulate purchase verification, exploit bugs to duplicate items or rewards, tamper with inventory or balances, evade cooldowns, bypass access controls, or interfere with another person's use. Do not introduce malware, overload the service, harvest personal data, or perform unauthorized security testing. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately to support@vordali.com without exploiting them or accessing another person's data.
Use official interfaces and authorized software. Do not resell service access, commercially scrape or republish protected data, or remove attribution. This restriction does not prohibit rights that applicable law protects, accessibility tools used legitimately without bypassing controls, or permitted use of separately licensed open data. We may correct erroneous rewards or balances and remove benefits obtained through substantiated fraud or exploitation, subject to applicable law and the review process in section 16.
10. App license and intellectual property
Subject to these Terms, VORDALI permits you to install and use MITZR and access its content for your personal, lawful, noncommercial use through supported interfaces. This permission is limited, nonexclusive, and revocable as provided in these Terms. It does not transfer ownership of software, game assets, designs, trademarks, or other protected materials. VORDALI and its licensors retain their respective rights.
Do not copy, distribute, sell, sublicense, or create unauthorized derivative products from MITZR, or reverse engineer it except where the law permits despite this restriction. Third-party and open-source license terms continue to apply to their respective materials and prevail where they grant you additional rights. Ordinary personal gameplay screenshots and recordings may be shared lawfully if they respect other people's privacy, do not reveal confidential test material, and do not imply our endorsement.
11. Your submissions and our permission to use them
You retain rights you hold in your original contributions. Submit content only if you have the rights and permissions necessary to do so, including permissions concerning people, private property information, and third-party material. You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of your contributions. Do not submit confidential information or content you are not authorized to disclose.
You grant VORDALI a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, reproduce, format, moderate, translate, display, and distribute your contributions as reasonably necessary to operate, secure, improve, and provide MITZR. We may allow our service providers to perform those tasks for us and transfer this license with a lawful transfer of the relevant service. Public submissions may be shown to other users; private submissions are handled according to the feature's visibility settings and Privacy Policy. This license is not permission to publish a private request in advertising or sell personal information contrary to that policy.
When content is deleted, this license ends except as needed for lawful retention, security and dispute records, ordinary backup expiration, and copies that others already received through authorized sharing. Non-identifying facts about a public community location may remain in the directory as described in the Privacy Policy. You may give voluntary product feedback; we may use those suggestions without payment or attribution, but that permission does not authorize use of your private information outside the Privacy Policy.
12. Coins, collectibles, gifts, and rewards
MITZR coins, XP, collectible toys, cosmetics, avatar items, vehicles, upgrades, and other digital benefits are features licensed for use in the game. They are not cash, bank balances, investments, charitable donations, or a promise of real-world goods or services. They cannot be redeemed from VORDALI for money. Purchasing coins does not fund a particular blessing box or entitle you to assistance unless a separate, explicit offer says otherwise.
Transfer or gift digital items only through features that expressly permit it. Do not sell accounts or items for money, exchange them for real-world assistance, or use unauthorized marketplaces. An in-game gift is a digital transfer, not delivery of a physical toy or item. Check the intended recipient and confirmation details; completed transfers may be irreversible, subject to applicable rights and correction of errors or fraud.
Rewards, availability, rarity, progression, and game rules may change for balancing, security, legal, or operational reasons. No particular reward, ranking, feature, or item availability is guaranteed indefinitely. Material changes affecting paid benefits remain subject to your statutory rights, any specific purchase commitments, and reasonable notice where appropriate. We will not rely on a game-rule change to remove a legally required refund or remedy.
13. Purchases, billing, and refunds
Use the authorized checkout shown in MITZR. Prices, currency, applicable taxes, and the item or entitlement offered are shown before purchase; you must have authority to use the payment method. Google Play or another identified store may process the transaction under its own terms. Do not assume a purchase transfers between accounts, platforms, or separate VORDALI products unless the purchase description expressly provides that capability.
Except where applicable law, the store's policy, or a specific offer provides otherwise, completed digital purchases are not refundable simply because you change your mind or leave a balance unused. This does not exclude remedies for unauthorized charges, non-delivery, defective or misdescribed content, or other legally protected circumstances. Contact the store or support@vordali.com with the order identifier for help; never send full card details or passwords. Google Play's refund policy is available at https://support.google.com/googleplay/answer/2479637.
A refund, charge reversal, or failed payment may result in removal of the corresponding purchased entitlement and adjustments necessary to prevent duplicate benefits. A good-faith billing dispute is not, by itself, misconduct. Statutory cancellation, withdrawal, and digital-content conformity rights remain intact; any legally required consent to immediate digital delivery or acknowledgment concerning withdrawal must be obtained in the relevant checkout, not inferred solely from this page.
These Terms do not create a subscription or authorize recurring charges. Any future subscription or paid event must clearly disclose its separate price, renewal, cancellation, and other applicable conditions before enrollment.
14. Other people, organizations, and providers
Users, donors, listing operators, and third-party organizations act independently unless we expressly state otherwise. A marker, badge, accepted friend request, verification status, or matching result is not a background check, insurance certificate, guarantee of trustworthiness, or appointment as VORDALI's employee or agent. Do not assume a person has been screened. Use appropriate precautions for any contact or meeting and do not disclose credentials or financial information.
VORDALI is not a party to an independent arrangement between users and providers and does not guarantee their performance. Each participant is responsible for their own promises, permissions, conduct, and legal obligations. We may help review a report but do not undertake to mediate or resolve every third-party dispute. This does not exclude responsibility for VORDALI's own conduct where the law imposes it.
MITZR is not a charity-registration service, fundraising intermediary, or tax adviser. Listing a charity does not verify its registration or the deductibility of a contribution. Any independent donation or transaction is your arrangement with that recipient.
15. Privacy and third-party services
The MITZR Privacy Policy at https://www.vordali.com/mitzr/privacy explains personal-information practices and available choices. These Terms do not replace that policy, grant blanket consent to tracking, or authorize data uses that require a separate legal basis or permission. Location and device permissions can affect which features work. Do not assume that revoking a device permission deletes records previously provided.
Maps, authentication, hosting, payment platforms, network operators, links, and any optional advertising or other integrations may have separate terms and privacy notices. We do not control independent websites, their content, or their availability. Third-party notices and attributions apply to their services. We remain responsible for obligations the law places on us; a third-party dependency does not eliminate those obligations.
16. Moderation, suspension, and appeals
We may investigate suspected violations and proportionately remove or limit content, reverse improperly obtained benefits, restrict features, or suspend or terminate access for fraud, serious or repeated misconduct, material violations, security threats, or legal requirements. Urgent protective action may occur before notice. Where appropriate and legally permitted, we will provide a reason and an opportunity to request review, without disclosing information that would compromise others' privacy or service security.
For a review, email support@vordali.com from the account email if possible, identify the decision and relevant facts, and explain why you believe it is mistaken. Do not create replacement accounts to evade an active restriction. Moderation does not promise perfect detection or a guaranteed outcome. Suspension may prevent use of digital items, but mandatory consumer remedies remain available; we do not impose an automatic forfeiture of every refund right.
17. Service changes, updates, and deletion
MITZR may require updates and may add, change, or discontinue features, supported devices, or parts of the service. Security incidents, network failures, maintenance, disasters, and other circumstances can interrupt access. We will give reasonable advance notice of a material planned discontinuation where practicable and honor applicable paid-entitlement and refund obligations. Features in research, previews, or roadmaps are not commitments that they will be released.
You can stop using MITZR and request account deletion through available in-app controls or https://www.vordali.com/mitzr/delete-account. Uninstalling alone does not delete a cloud account. Deletion can permanently remove access to progress and digital benefits; the Privacy Policy explains retention and legal exceptions. Statutory refund and other rights survive where applicable. Contract provisions concerning accrued payments, intellectual property, lawful retention, liability, and disputes continue only as their nature and applicable law require.
18. Events, promotions, and test features
Community-organized gatherings are not VORDALI-sponsored events merely because participants use MITZR. An official event, contest, promotion, or closed test may have separate rules presented before participation. Those rules must state any eligibility, prizes, purchase conditions, cancellation terms, recording permissions, or confidentiality duties that apply. These Terms alone do not authorize using a person's likeness in advertising or establish a sweepstakes, raffle, or prize entitlement.
Test features may contain errors and may be reset or withdrawn. Use them only as authorized and do not rely on test data for real-world assistance. Your normal statutory rights and any express paid offer still apply. Participation does not make you an employee, agent, or partner of VORDALI.
19. Availability and warranty limits
TO THE EXTENT THE LAW ALLOWS, MITZR AND ITS INFORMATION ARE PROVIDED AS AVAILABLE, WITH NO ADDITIONAL IMPLIED PROMISE OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE UNINTERRUPTED OPERATION, COMPLETE SECURITY, ERROR-FREE MAPS, ACCURATE COMMUNITY SUBMISSIONS, OR SUCCESSFUL ASSISTANCE.
This section does not remove an express commitment we make in a purchase description or any warranty, reasonable-care obligation, conformity guarantee, or remedy that cannot legally be excluded. Some jurisdictions do not allow some of these exclusions; the applicable statutory protection prevails.
20. Limits on liability and protected rights
WHERE PERMITTED BY LAW, VORDALI AND ITS OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS ARE NOT LIABLE UNDER THESE TERMS FOR INDIRECT OR CONSEQUENTIAL LOSS, LOST PROFITS, OR LOST BUSINESS OPPORTUNITIES ARISING FROM MITZR. SUBJECT TO THE EXCEPTIONS BELOW, THEIR COMBINED LIABILITY TO YOU FOR CLAIMS ARISING FROM MITZR WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF US $100 OR THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR MITZR DIGITAL CONTENT OR SERVICES DURING THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
These limits do not apply to fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, willful misconduct, gross negligence, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. They do not cap a refund or other mandatory consumer remedy where doing so would be unlawful. Nothing here requires you to waive protections for personal information or statutory product liability that cannot be waived.
For consumers in jurisdictions that require a different liability standard, that standard applies. In particular, where local law protects foreseeable loss from breach of an essential contractual duty, that protection is preserved. This section allocates legally limitable risks; it is not a representation that VORDALI can avoid every claim or responsibility.
21. Responsibility for third-party claims
To the extent allowed by law, you will reimburse VORDALI for reasonable third-party damages and reasonable legal expenses finally awarded or agreed in a settlement you approve, to the extent caused by your unlawful conduct, knowing violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights through content you submit. This obligation does not apply to losses caused by VORDALI's own wrongdoing or to obligations that cannot lawfully be imposed on a consumer or minor.
We will give reasonably prompt notice of a covered claim and a fair opportunity to participate in its defense. Neither party may settle in a way that admits fault, imposes nonmonetary obligations, or incurs payment obligations for the other without that party's written consent, which must not be unreasonably withheld.
22. Disputes, governing law, and courts
Please first contact support@vordali.com with a description of the problem and the resolution you request so we can try to resolve it. This informal process is voluntary and does not prevent urgent relief, regulatory complaints, small-claims proceedings, or timely filing to protect a legal deadline. We do not impose a shortened contractual limitation period.
Subject to mandatory law, Kentucky law governs these Terms, and disputes may be brought in the state courts with jurisdiction in Graves County, Kentucky, or the United States District Court for the Western District of Kentucky. To the extent legally permitted, those courts are the agreed venue. Consumers retain any right to bring proceedings in their home jurisdiction and to rely on mandatory laws of their residence, including applicable protections in the EEA, United Kingdom, and other regions. Nothing requires a consumer to accept a forum or governing-law choice that local law prohibits.
There is no mandatory arbitration agreement, class-action waiver, or contractual jury waiver in this version. Any future proposal to add one would require conspicuous notice and legally sufficient agreement, not merely an unannounced edit to this page.
23. Updates and other contract terms
We may revise these Terms and will identify the version and effective date. Material changes will be brought to your attention through an appropriate notice; where agreement is required, we will obtain it before applying the changed provisions to you. Changes do not retroactively eliminate existing claims. If you decline a required new agreement, you may need to stop using affected features, while retaining rights concerning earlier purchases and conduct.
These Terms and any expressly agreed MITZR-specific supplemental terms form the agreement for their subject matter. Specific supplemental terms prevail only for the feature or transaction they address and only as lawfully agreed. The general Vordali Commit business terms do not replace these MITZR terms. If a provision cannot lawfully be enforced, it is limited or removed to the necessary extent and the remainder continues where legally possible. A delay in enforcement is not a permanent waiver.
You may not transfer your account or agreement without our consent, except as law permits. VORDALI may transfer this agreement with a corporate reorganization or sale of the relevant service, subject to law, appropriate notice, and preservation of your statutory rights. Neither party is responsible for delay caused by events beyond its reasonable control to the extent the law permits; this does not eliminate accrued payment, refund, data-protection, or other non-excludable duties.
24. Contact, copyright, and safety reports
MITZR is operated by VORDALI Inc., Kentucky, United States. For support, legal questions, moderation appeals, billing issues, property concerns, or reports of unlawful content, email support@vordali.com. Identify MITZR in the subject and include the relevant account, listing, or content identifier when available. Our support page is https://www.vordali.com/mitzr/support.
For copyright concerns, identify the protected work, the allegedly infringing material and where to find it, your contact information, and the basis for your claim or authority to act. We may remove or restrict disputed content, seek additional information, and take appropriate action concerning repeated infringement. This support address is a reporting contact; these Terms do not represent that it is a registered DMCA designated agent or that a statutory safe harbor has been established.
For imminent threats or emergencies, contact emergency services rather than waiting for a support reply. Do not include passwords, sensitive identity documents, or unnecessary personal information in a report.
